We had a lovely breakfast, Which we did not expect until we went to the restaurant and the waitress asked us for our coupon. We did not receive one at the front desk so she went up and got one. We did miss One breakfast, not knowing so they gave us a free drink coupon. We did have a young man that was being trained, which was very sweet and was doing his best. I think that’s what happened , but I think he’s going to be great at him job in a week or two. The rooms I couldn’t be more satisfied they were comfy, clean, pretty. It was it was our 43rd anniversary we were in the room 10 minutes and there was somebody knocking at her door with a bottle of champagne , how thoughtful was that we thought? We enjoyed every moment of our stay everything was perfect. Thank you for making our 43rd fourth anniversary so perfect. We both hope to come back.

This hotel is in an amazing location, just steps from the old city. The lobby is located on the seventh floor, with a stunning view. The check in process was good and the rooms were clean and comfortable, apart from a small issue with the air conditioning, which was resolved. There was a charming restaurant on the ground level adjoining the hotel where we had a very nice breakfast. What made this hotel special was the concierge Francine, she was a wealth of knowledge with great tips about places to see and go. She went above and beyond helping to resolve our air conditioning issue and had such a wonderful friendly disposition.

The hotel was five star in every aspect. To start you couldn’t ask for a better location to Old Quebec if you plan to walk. It is right on Rue St-Jean which is the main cobblestone road where all the restaurants and shops are. The staff were are very pleasant and helpful and happy to give us tips and answer all our questions. The room was large and clean with a beautiful view of Quebec and the St Lawrence River. The Nespresso coffee machine was a little finicky but we eventually got the knack for it. We will definitely stay here again and probably would not consider anywhere else. Loved the hotel!

The location is very good, right outside a gate to old Quebec, where a lots of restaurants and shops. Charles-Antoine at the front desk was exceptionally helpful, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. From check-in to answering my questions about the area, he went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and seamless stay. His attention to detail and welcoming attitude truly made a difference for my vacation in Quebec. Thanks again! I highly recommend this hotel, especially with staff like Charles! Let me know if you'd like any adjustments or specific details added!

Everything: 1) The hotel location is excellent, right at the entrance of the historical center, so easy to access by car (with a public parking across the street), and walking distance to the city main attractions. 2) Staff is supper friendly and very helpful. 3) The hotel is even more beautiful and well maintained than it appeared to be by the photos in the website. 4) The 2 restaurants and the bar are excellent options if you prefer to stay in the hotel for dining and drinks.
